Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Not part of our non-returnable items list (see below)

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of certain building materials, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut products: Including specially sized fascia boards, capping boards, or external cladding cut to your specifications
  • Opened chemical products: Such as adhesives and cleaners for safety reasons
  • Installation hardware: Once opened, fixings and door hardware cannot be returned

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will:

  • Verify your return eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send return shipping instructions

3. Package and Ship Your Return

For composite materials like decking or fencing:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all original tags and documentation
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to our Colorado facility using a trackable method

4. Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our warehouse:

  • Items will be inspected within 3 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation of the inspection results
  • Approved returns will be processed for refund or exchange

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Amount: You will receive a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
