We stand behind our premium building materials, from composite decking to bathroom cladding systems. Our 15-day return policy is designed with both efficiency and fairness in mind.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany return
• Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Step-by-Step Return Process

• Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Send return shipping instructions

For composite materials like decking or fencing:

• Repackage items securely in original packaging
• Include all original tags and documentation
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
• Ship to our Colorado facility using a trackable method

4. Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our warehouse:

• Items will be inspected within 3 business days
• You’ll receive email confirmation of the inspection results
• Approved returns will be processed for refund or exchange

Refund Information

• Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
• Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Amount: Product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., different size of finishing trims or color of decorative cladding):

• Follow the standard return process above
• Clearly state in your request what product you’d like instead
• We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
• You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (like wrong bathroom wall cladding or balustrade components):

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or incorrect items
• We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you
